    Yui & Kwan, it was sid’s 2nd birthday the day we came on our course and it was raining so hard but we had the best time. I am still using your recipes today. My cookbook is getting a little worn but I can still see my recipes. Tonight we have Green curry followed by sticky rice. I look forward to your next book, if I don’t win one, i will have to buy one, hopefully you post to the UK. Take care and it should be Si’d birthday again soon, so Happy Birthday Sid.

    Best Wishes, Sam.

    Sorry, a big play on the word of ‘Thai’ below…here are some suggestions:

    * Yui’s Thai-tanic Dishes

    * Thai-riffic Thai

    * Tummy Thaime (get it?…tummy time…haha)

    Yui, I can’t stop recommending your cooking classes to all of my travelling friends. You will hopefully have two of my friends join you in August for a popular dish class. My husband and i quite often have our friend’s around for thai night at ours, we spoil them by cooking up your dishes from your book. You know what…I went to a thai restaurant for Mark’s birthday, and I’m pleased to say my mango sticky rice is much sweeter and nicer than theirs! thanks yui, you are a star!!

    Jo

  10. Sorry that we don’t have enough time to finish our new cookbook.
    So now we change just a cover.

    BTW we still keep your idea for the next time.
    The winner still have a chance to get a gift as we promise.

  11. Quick, Easy & Delicious Thai Cuisine!

    This title would definitely catch my eye on a bookshelf of cookbooks. With little time to cook a family meal, watching my weight, and wanting foods that everyone will enjoy eating, this title conveys everything I’m looking for in one phrase.

  12. COOKBOOK TITLE theSPICEofBEAUTY
